Why don’t I see any test results?
First, please make sure that you’ve registered your Spore Testing box on www.DefendSporeTesting.com. Registration for each box is REQUIRED for the lab to process tests.
How long does it take to receive my test results?
Generally, once received by the lab, steam autoclave results are available in 48 hours. Allow 72 hours for chemical vapor and 7 days for dry heat or ethylene oxide. Your box must be registered to receive results. The lab is closed on weekends and holidays.
I can’t login to my account. How can I get access?
- Visit https://www.defendsporetesting.com/Account/ForgotPassword
- Enter email used on your account.
- You will get password reset email.
If you’re unsure of the email on your account, please email sporetest@defend.com.
Can I use the same spore testing box for more 2 or more autoclaves?
Our lab strongly advises you to use 1 box per autoclave.
How do I add additional autoclaves?
You may add an additional autoclave when registering a new box. You may also send your request to sporetest@defend.com.
How do I change my account information?
