Ultrasonic Enzymatic Tablets
These easy-to-use enzymatic tablets dissolve in a gallon of water in under a minute to create a powerful and effective ultrasonic cleaning solution. Made from a biodegradable, non-chlorine, non-corrosive formulation that contains fast acting protease enzymes. Is there expiration/shelf life on tablets? Yes, they have an expiration date of 30 months from manufacturing date.
How long does the solution stay active? OSHA recommends that the solution be changed daily and depending on daily bio-burden build up even more frequently as necessary. However, internal testing shows that the solution can be premixed and stored in a re-closable jug and be active up to 30 days.
What exactly does it clean? It cleans dental instruments. The enzyme breaks down the protein (blood and oral debris) that you find on used instruments. This solution is placed in an ultrasonic cleaner that creates ultrasonic waves to help with debris removal.
